Refund policy
How credit returns and payment refunds work at RemakeClip.
Failed generations
A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits once. If a provider submission has an unknown outcome, the job stays under review until we can confirm whether it succeeded or failed.
Unused credit purchases
You can request an eligible full-pack refund from your order history. Automatic eligibility requires enough remaining credits and no generation reserved after that purchase. If your situation does not fit these rules, contact support with the order reference for review.
Payment processing
Submitting a refund request is not the same as receiving a refund. Your order shows the confirmed processing state. The payment provider and your bank determine when an approved refund reaches your account.
No automatic renewal
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not create a recurring subscription. This policy does not limit rights that apply under your local law.
