Understand how RemakeClip handles accounts, uploads and payments.
What we process
We process account identifiers, uploaded photos, generated videos, job status, credit transactions and support requests needed to run the service. Original creator references in the inspiration library remain separate from your private work.
Who provides the service
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and media storage. When enabled, Clerk handles customer authentication, Stripe handles checkout, and the configured video provider processes the photos and reference media needed for generation. RemakeClip does not receive your full card number.
Private work and public pages
Your uploaded portraits and generated results are private by default. They are not automatically published to the gallery, search pages or sitemap. Public templates and selected inspiration pages are separately curated.
Retention and requests
We retain records needed to provide your account, deliver jobs, resolve payment issues and meet applicable obligations. Contact support to request access or deletion. Payment records or unresolved jobs may require review before removal.
Cookies and external players
Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session. Loading an original creator video can connect to its external platform, which may process information under its own policy.
